We know that sometimes plans change, or you might accidentally order the wrong thing! If you need to cancel your order, we can help, but you need to let us know super fast!
You Have 24 Hours to Cancel!
- If you want to cancel an order, you need to tell us within 24 hours (that’s one whole day) after you placed it.
- Once 24 hours have passed, your order will likely be getting ready to ship, and we won’t be able to stop it anymore.
How to Cancel Your Order
It’s easy to tell us you want to cancel:
- Send us an email: Please email us at [email protected]
- Use a special subject line: In the subject line of your email, please write: “Request for Order Cancellation”. This helps us spot your email right away!
- Don’t forget your order number: In the email, make sure to include your order number. This is super important so we know exactly which order you want to cancel.
If you send your email within the 24-hour window, we’ll do our best to stop your order and give you a full refund.
Why the Time Limit?
We have this 24-hour rule because we try to get your amazing products packed up and sent out to you really quickly! Once they’re packed and ready to go, it’s very hard for us to stop them.
